It was so great for me to find the chronic illness disability community because I always felt really alone. Hearing others stories let me know I wasn't alone and had similar stories!

I wish they’d invite me anyway & let me decide if I can attend and how. I know I’m doing what’s right for my health. It’s ok. Tradition: Something fried every night of Hanukkah. #SpoonieChat

A3: because of food allergies & MCAS combined with Hanukkah, we 1) had to create several safe latkes recipes and 2) had to learn to make candy coins from scratch. #SpoonieChat

A6: I used to be extremly online, but feel ready for a shift. #SpoonieChat
