A huge thank you to one of our F2’s grandparents for kindly buying these books for our children to read and enjoy📚🙂

Make sure you go along to Messy Church on Friday 7th April at St Barnabas Bromborough, to enjoy a range of fun activities for all age groups!

As a gesture of good will we have been donated some delicious malteser bunnies from our local Best-One shop on Bromborough Rake(Sweeneys). This is a very kind gesture that we are sure our children and families will enjoy this Easter. Thank you😁

In assembly this morning, Mrs O’Neill Edwards talked to our children about our ethos - Aspire, Challenge, Achieve. We want all of our children to dream big, work hard and succeed in every part of their lives. A great way to start the term ❤️

Year 2 went to Port Sunlight. They learnt more about our significant person from our local area, William Leverhulme. They learnt about his soap factory and how the soap was made. They also visited a worker’s cottage to learn more about what life was like as a factory worker.

Impressive clay work done by our Year 6 class 🌟

Our F2 class are learning all about animals and their habitats. One of our lovely parents brought in their family tortoise, Peggy🐢 The children were able to hold Peggy and ask questions about her.

This afternoon, Year 6 have had a workshop from our school mental health support worker, about their transition to High School and their feelings about this.

A huge thank you to all the Parents & Carers who came along to watch the Mendell Sports Day. The children were amazing and showed what it is really all about; taking part, trying your best, supporting each other, not giving up and most of all having fun 👍
