Nail on the head by James Dyson - it is private small and medium enterprises that take the risks and fund state spending. Shocking that labour are facilitating a tax grab on home grown businesses whilst facilitating foreign investment (not subject to IHT).

NI changes (especially the min threshold at £5,000), NLW rises = lower pay rises, less investment, fewer jobs. All anti-growth, anti private enterprise before anyone mentions APR and BPR relief. Business confidence leaving the private sector.
