My CARE Authorization Act, which I worked on with Congressman Jim Baird and is now law, specifically says that Secretary Marco Rubio SHALL appoint a Coordinator for Afghan Relocation Efforts. Last week, Secretary Rubio said he would comply with these requirements. Clearly he lied.

The Int'l Criminal Court arrest warrants are a crucial step toward justice. The Taliban must be held accountable for their crimes and atrocities. We welcome this move and hope it leads to an end of their brutal regime of gender persecution and gender apartheid.
