Agree. The only solution that comes to mind takes a whole lot of yarn...and I would have concerns about breathing, which I gather is an important activity for young children...How about some inclusive policy-making instead?

As a parent of 3 children (2-9 years old) who is advocating to use this experience to promote INCLUSIVE policy-making, I can attest that this is a good understanding of the situation.
