I’m so confused with this trial. I love that this is being investigated but - 1. The weight vest was a weight replacement for the 10% weight loss so no progressive over load 2. Nothing on what types of resistance exercise performed, just a blurb about 70% 1RM 3x/wk

Every new grad PT should read this and ask “is this prescriptive or descriptive?” We can elevate the general level of outcomes and realize conservative rehab won’t help everyone. Also, the data is taken from ATI which doesn’t have a stellar reputation among PTs here 🤷🏽‍♂️
