This new video from March For Our Lives shows what it’s like to be a student today. Our children should be experts at division—not surviving school shootings. It doesn’t have to be this way. Congress must act to make this the last #GenerationLockdown.

Why are we not doing this everywhere? Taking the approach with gun manufactures that we took when holding Purdue and others accountable for the opiate epidemic? Ultimately the state-by-state AG suites brought action.

Watching Joe Scarborough this AM with a sane and passionate discussion about gun violence. Yet, I haven’t yet heard advocacy for other states following NY AG lead in holding manufacturers responsible. Juries will do what politicians won’t.

All good questions. Surprised that "how do we build systems so that inpatient care is less necessary?" didn't make the list. We should be making hospital care better but also less necessary.

I am a fan of the universal access and single payer aspects of Canadian Healthcare. Picard has a point. The system provides too little incentive to optimize efficiency or manage costs of care. Without, funding constraints turn into rationing which turns into waits.

Terrific to be with Elaine Buller, Michael Apkon and Georgina Black at today's Canadian Club Toronto panel on the Canadian health care model. Enjoyed our robust discussion on best practices, primary care models, workforce shortages and the impact of AI. Thank you for having me!

Excited to see this publication on the feasibility of functional precision medicine in treating pediatric cancers. It's been terrific being on the Board and seeing the progress of First Ascent Biomedical. nature.com/articles/s4159…
