Yesterday I presented my PhD topic to an audience of practitioners and researchers at the Supporting Student Mental Health Conference. Thanks Open Forum Events for organising such a great event and providing a platform to share my passion for sleep and recent research findings!

I had a great time attending the Midlands Sleep Group conference at University of Warwick today. I presented the results from my first 2 studies where using the Millennium Cohort Study I investigated the #longitudinal effects of #sleep and decision-making on self-harm during adolescence.




Had a brilliant time practising my science communication skills at BBC Coventry & Warwickshire this evening as part of University of Warwick Transferable Skills course - was great fun participating in a two-way talking about #sleep and #youthmentalhealth #ScienceCommunication #research #PhDlife
