Check out this amazing detective story led by Max Wilkinson that I got to help with! After some crazy initial ideas like ssDNA translation :P, Max found a reconsituted promoter (was lucky to watch in person visting Boston last year) and the rest of the mechanism quickly followed

Had lots of fun sprinting on Evo as my first big project at Stanford, with an awesome team of Eric Nguyen, Michael Poli, Matt Durrant, Brian Kang, Dhruva Katrekar, Patrick Hsu, and Brian Hie! I generated and experimentally tested new ssDNA transposons using Evo (14/48 worked :O)
