Back of my Polling Card for local elections. For 1st time, photo ID is required. Card gives many options for elderly or those with disability. None, NONE, for younger or student voters. The policy is simply biased against younger voters, designed to suppress their vote.

14 years of austerity have led us to here. A country whose impoverished kids are too hungry, cold & exhausted to learn. Whose teachers have to feed, clothe & wash them. Every MP who ever championed such cruel & vindictive policies should be hanging their heads in shame.

Labour in power delivers. Sadiq Khan has shown that as Mayor of London. Great to be with him today as he launches his re-election campaign, pledging 40,000 council homes by 2030. London, vote Labour on Thursday 2 May.

More people arrived on small boats yesterday than the Tories are planning to send to Rwanda in a year Yet they are sending Rwanda nearly £600m of UK taxpayers money. For a policy for less than 1% of asylum seekers. Labour will use the money to boost our border security instead.
