Our 8th graders got a sneak peek at high school life today during their visit to Southwest High School. From meeting staff members & learning about various opportunities, these students are one step closer to 9th grade. Big thanks to everyone who made them feel welcome!

This morning Mrs. Shantae Stewart with Legacy of Hope introduced some of our students to interesting careers in the health science field. She sparked curiosity, encouraged dreams, and reminded us that the future is full of possibilities!!

Students in the Macon Violence Prevention (MVP) & United Way of Central Georgia mentoring program ended the year with a catered lunch from Overtyme. Thank you to our mentors for having meaningful conversations and showing our young men how to resolve conflict without violence!

Today, we honored, Mrs. Rosa Fossett Gilbert, who is retiring after 34 incredible years of service! Students and staff came together in a pep rally to celebrate the lasting impact she’s had on many generations. From cheers to tears, the love in the room was undeniable!

Thank you to Barbers On Duty for cutting 35 of our boys hair today! Huge thanks to these generous professionals for pouring into our students and helping them feel their best! We ❤️ our community partners!!
