I decided to relinquish my registration after four decades as a physiotherapist. I am no longer a physiotherapist instead I start a new job as a cycling mentor/coach next week. Excitement is in the air, new skills and experiences.

I attended a retirement party of one of colleagues, he was my band 5 35 years ago. I was also informed that two of my former students are now band 7’s. A former student of mine is now professor of geriatrics, apparently I inspired her to go into geriatrics. I have done my job.
