A great day filming yesterday for the Chilterns National Landscape access guide project. It's easy to forget how stunning our countryside is & how many places are accessible. Er? BBC Springwatch looking for a new presenter? Phab UK proud to be leading this project.

Watching a couple of bipeds carrying a desk down into a basement flat. Oh dear. They are an awkward bunch. Wouldn't be so difficult in an accessible world. 😂

Today it's off to Derby to attend the opening of the redeveloped Market Hall. Really proud to have played a part in the project & can't wait to see the finished outcome. Also be great to be back in the city after far too long.

After a busy day yesterday & an awful drive home from Derby (I'm sure many people found their driving licence in a breakfast cereal box) we're home. I'm now collapsing. A joy to see the market hall looking so good. If you go this weekend, try the apple crumble stall. Yumbo.

Feel sorry for my poor GP. They've refused my pain medication prescription request & I run out on Sunday. So by Tuesday I'll be in agony. At which point I shall be visiting them to ensure this doesn't happen again. If you are near Prince of Wales Road, Camden & hear shouting 🤪

What a big year. In 2025 I mark my 60th birthday, 30 years with my wife, 20 years married & 45 years all clear from my cancer. It also marks 30 years since the Disability Discrimination Act & 15 since the Equality Act.
