LB Jahlani Tavai left today’s practice after remaining down for an extended period of time during 11-on-11 drills. Teammates kneeled around him as everything stopped and the music was turned off. Tavai was eventually helped off by Jabrill Peppers. Limited pressure on right leg.

Lot of catches today for undrafted WR Efton Chism III. To this point, in the practices attended by reporters, he looks like he belongs.

“I’d say I’m very comfortable. Just looking back through it, Josh [McDaniels] and Bill Belichick yelled at me a lot my rookie year for this same playbook. So I kind of have it drilled into me.” — RB Rhamondre Stevenson

Monday leftover: Starting right guard Mike Onwenu shared that he has been rehabilitating this spring from a prior hand injury, which is why he hasn’t been a full participant in practices. A projected combo of Onwenu and veteran Morgan Moses could help solidify the right side.
