Good half there bar Mawsons mistake. Shape is excellent, stick with it away from home. Round pegs round holes !! HNM very good, Vyner solid. Always going to be spells without the ball against a good side, stick at it. #BristolCity

Plaudits to #BristolCity for their fantastic work in the community during the lockdowns. Not only have they engaged in home visits & the Ashton Gate vaccine hub but Scott Murray & Jamie Paterson have been doing daily video calls to local schools and junior football teams. 👏

We look like a lower league team trying to nick a point away from home in the cup. Sadly shows how bad it’s got, we have absolutely nothing #BristolCity

I genuinely felt that the club would of started looking for the new manager as of 5pm Saturday and therefore would of announced him today. Let’s hope we aren’t looking at the same timescale of the summers “rigorous process” !! #BristolCity

Interesting to see who NP appoints to support him. Craig Shakespeare his usual no2 is in employment. What happens with Simpson and Downing? #BristolCity

Michael Hayter (@mikeeh76) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Downing and Simpson staying is causing a lot of frustration, let’s see what happens when they are guided by a good experienced manager rather than one of who had run out of ideas. 👍👍 #BristolCity

The club has needed more “football experience” at the top for a while. NP brings that in abundance, I hope he gets the opportunity to shape the club. Feels a bit like a SOD to Cotterill moment. #BristolCity

A team keen to impress the new gaffer, first half was the most complete performance of the season. Everyone stepped up, KP, TB and Fam outstanding. The maturity shown by Towler a joy. Refreshing, promising, good to watch. Cheers Nige 👍 #BristolCity

Bad and quite frankly a bizarre shape. No width, they are dangerous because they have so much time and space out wide, especially their right. HNM should be central. Really poor all round.

Michael Hayter (@mikeeh76) 's Twitter Profile Photo

That was some shift tonight, total commitment and that’s all you can ask. The young lads looked like seasoned pros. World away from brum and cov. Pearson brilliant on the touch line, stay there please Nige 👍We now have a base to build on. Much better! #BristolCity

Semenyo is some player now, frightening talent. Klose a brilliant signing. Desire and commitment a plenty, great afternoon in difficult conditions. Good advert for the championship. #BristolCity

Don’t know what to say after that. Don’t know how to judge the future. Really poor, lack of ideas, very flat and nothing positive. Next season, as it stands is a scary prospect. Feels a bit like when SOD took over and the whole club gave up. Worrying times #BristolCity

Really enjoyable that, great way to end the home season. Lots of positives, good atmosphere and goals goals goals. MOM was some blokes shoe! #BristolCity

Bang average today, in every aspect. Desperately lacking a midfield general. Formation not working, time to try a back 4. Got to get to Jan and add some fresh faces #BristolCity

Michael Hayter (@mikeeh76) 's Twitter Profile Photo

All our own doing. Too many players out of position, shape that does t fit and took far too long to make changes. Questions have to be asked of NP now, mostly his players, his shape. Really bad situation at the club. #BristolCity

Well that was enjoyable, really really good collective performance in an excellent championship game. Pring / Tanner outstanding. Suddenly we’re tough to beat and look like a decent side. Should be an entertaining end to the season #BristolCity
