Milam scholars are already having a blast on their first day back to school! From PE to the classrooms, engagement and learning are happily happening. 🙌🏻🥳

Third day of school was a success! Scholars engaged in hands on learning, first grade jumped into Saxon, and academic conversations were heard in all classrooms. It was a great day to be at Milam. 📚💡

Yesterday we had the joy of visiting Milam Magnet School for a Data Tour! We had great conversations about using data to inform instruction and drive growth for every student 🌱🤩

This Milam Monday morning has been full of science, health lesson in PE, and Saxon in full swing with students all using academic vocabulary! It’s a great day to be a Milam scholar. 🙂

PLCs were a hit today! We dove into data that told a story & reflected. We began drafting our action steps & revising our overall teaching strategies. 🙌🏻 Intentionality with data is our goal! Thanks to MauricioMarquez, Robert Trejo, & CWilsonECISD for the initial data tour.
