Over 80 school administrators came together today to spend time collaborating on youth mental health. Great conversation about how we can learn from each other in supporting the quest towards schools becoming "places of wellness!" Thank you LakotaLocalSchools for hosting us ❤️🖤

A good nights’ sleep contributes to a student’s overall health and well-being. Kids 9-12 years old should get 9-12 hours of sleep a night, and teens aged 13-18 should get 8-10 hours. #BackToSchool
