“Control what you can control” can be difficult. Why? Reason #2 Often we aren’t sure what we control. I look at 2 areas with athletes: 1. Physical attributes ✅Work ethic ✅Sleep ✅Diet ✅Etc. 2. Mental attributes ✅Resilience ✅Attitude ✅Effort ✅Etc.
