In response to demands by students to address anti-black racism a few years ago, ColumbiaSocialWork mandated a thought-provoking 3-day training. When Dr. Werman suggested a one-hour mandatory training on antisemitism, her suggestion was dismissed.



At Old Dominion University, one of the go-to coffee spots hosted an anti-Israel fundraiser. So Professor Amy Milligan opened up her own coffeehouse — in her office. Welcome to Am Yisrael Chai Cafe, where Jewish students can gather and chat over a hot cup of coffee.
