Losing all ability to support people to exit slavery, and all ability to build intelligence on human trafficking & prosecute people. Not only is it hateful, it will create a Mecca for traffickers & slavers in the U.K.

Good question from my pals @Renaisi. I think breaking down competitive barriers so people can genuinely collaborate will help. And it's the funders and decision makers that create the conditions for competition who have to lead the way on it.

Today is #EmpDay23 & we've been reflecting on what it takes to be #WorkingForBetterWork as we close our largest refugee employment programme RISE. TLDR: Flexibility, hearing AND responding to the desires of people is THE most important thing.
