Our third session of our ‘audience with’ sessions Alloa Academy is well underway. Gary has already engaged us with some entertaining stories. Even I’m impressed at some of the stories from his research for his book, The Gallant Pioneers 👏🏼.

A long day yesterday but we all enjoyed our first night! Today we have walking tour of the city, visit to the UN, then the Empire State Building tonight - busy day ahead!

Very proud of how amazing our young people Alloa Academy have been. A hard hitting morning at the 9/11 memorial museum, followed by a trip to Liberty Island (and John was able to develop his golfer’s tan),before we embraced the subway & set off to see the Yankees! Amazing day!

Great afternoon with some amazing young people from Alloa Academy. For months a group of 10 young people have worked hard on a mental health campaign with NSPCC Scotland & they were super impressive today at the launch. Tony McMinn also had excellent ‘chat show’ host skills👏🏼

We think we have hit the bullseye with our new darts set up. Get out the house this summer and come down for a throw during our Summer Sessions.
