Jessica Gurney, a #PsycheInspired intern & astronomy major University of Arizona, said that creating the "Psyche Mission Orbit C Notebook" was a journey in itself! This third book in the series captures gravity’s pull w/ a conical inset—600+ circles, trial & error & a touch of marbled magic.

Inspired by the #MissionToPsyche, #PsycheInspired intern Madelaine T. Vu, a neuroscience & psychology major Arizona State University, created "Psyche's Touch" to symbolize how a single touch can send energy outward, much like curiosity spreads through space.

Could not be more proud of this team and its excellence. Working through possible issues (the fault tree) with such logic and energy. 537 days of perfect cruise, and now a challenge to solve...space exploration is this way. Mission To Psyche

Psyche's thrusters are back online! ✅ After the team detected a propulsion system pressure drop in April, engineers switched to a backup propellant line. Psyche remains on track for a Mars gravity assist in May 2026 on its way to the asteroid Psyche: go.nasa.gov/3HRDO9W

We are well on our way again! We restarted thrusting on the spacecraft earlier this month. All is going perfectly. The team handled the anomaly investigation with great energy and expertise. Phew!

Someone asked, how is the rest of the spacecraft? Happy to say, all is working beautifully ("nominal" in space terms). I love hearing all the subsystems call out "nominal" in our status meetings.
