Last evening Mityana district Council elected the deputy speaker and Mawejje Johnmary DP won the seat. mawejje defeated Kawuki Tadewo of NUP. Mawejje got 19 votes and Kawuki Got 12 votes this came after the passing away of Kyeyune Alyozious K who was the D/ speaker
