I enjoyed sharing some thoughts on worker status and ZHCs with James Harrison and Keith Ewing while recording this Institute of Employment Rights podcast. The Bill has so much potential, but without a new and broad worker definition it could all be lost open.spotify.com/episode/2T0bfv… youtube.com/watch?v=kYBpNQ…

Looks like the Spanish Govt has finally won the war with Glovo over employment status. The platform has racked up hundreds of millions in fines for bogus-self employment over the last few years to maintain it's model, but it's finally given in. A victory for workers's rights.
