Imagine you could stain whole adult mice with standard IgG antibodies. What you couldn't do! We present wildDISCO technology for this🤗, creating the first whole body vascular, lymphatic, and nerve atlases. By HongchengMAI Jie Luo biorxiv.org/content/10.110… 🧵👇🏼(turn on the sound)

An inside look into how I prepare and slice frozen intestine sections! (Maybe all protocols should come with a video guide 😆) Check out my TikTok POVPhD for more fun #scicomm

I'm mildly shocked how well napari-#chatGPT works. It can even deal with my prompts containing typos. And the 5 min conversation about opening and segmenting blobs.tif costed 2ct. That's certainly orders of magnitude less than what a human programmer costs. 🔬🖥️🤖🤯

🚨🚨🚨🚨 Led by Matt, Our next blockbuster paper from ⁦The Chan Lab⁩ is out now in ⁦Nature Materials⁩. We present the new mechanism of Active transport and retention and answered How nanoparticles exit from solid tumours | Nature Materials nature.com/articles/s4156…

🚨New paper🚨 Presley MacMillan et al. developed a computational technique that correlated NP spatial distribution in solid tumours. This led to >88% predicative accuracy of NP location within tumours 🤯 Check it out here: pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10… 🤩 Biomedical Engineering @ University of Toronto University of Toronto Nano Letters

🚨🚨🚨New paper🚨🚨🚨 @Matt___Nguyen et al. found that NPs exit solid tumours through the lymphatics in a size dependent mechanism, and proposed a new mechanism of NP delivery to tumours called the Active Transport and Retention (ATR) principle 🥵🌶️ tinyurl.com/4p7ymkjn

🚨🚨New Paper🚨🚨 Ever wonder where EPR came from?👀 Matt et al. describe the history and evidence for the EPR effect and its impact on cancer nanomedicine. They also discuss a new theory termed the Active Transport and Retention (ATR) principle.🌶️🌶️🌶️ nature.com/articles/s4422…
