Dielectric loss at interfaces of quantum circuits limit the coherence of qubits and related quantum devices. Here we show that SAM materials can passivate superconducting circuits and prevent further growth of oxide layers that are sources of TLS loss. pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10…

Materials discovery and synthesis are hard and lie at the intersection between fundamental physics and computational modeling. Here in our work we show prediction of crystal structures for variety of materials classes using a highly accurate ML approach pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
