My testimony as a former trainee WVU CV fellows is that the mentorship, volume , complexity and most important the autonomy that you get as #ACCFIT is exceptional! Kudos to Akram Kawsara Ramesh Daggubati & Dr.Raybuck for leading such robust program! #hiddengem

Great work Mohammed Osman, MD, RPVI, FACC, FSCAI , CS typically due to suboptimal PCI, stenting of the subintimal space, iatrogenic dissection propagation, etc. These are typically young pts. We have had amazing saves w/ MCS to recovery & as a bridge to transplant.

Separate coronary Ostia 1: For LAD use a shorter curve or CCW your catheter to engage. Or push your XB from the aortic root. 2: Bigger curve for LCX or CW rotation will engage the LCX.
