Ddx broadly for CF-LVAD (HM3) low-flow, low PI per given RPM = common: low volume, RV failure, arrhythmia. Less common: tamponade, inflow malposition/obstruction (pannus, thrombus, flail leaflet), outflow stenosis/twisting/kinking.
