The Hon. Minister, Prof. Pierre Gomez , yesterday presided over the validation of the Strategic Improvement Plan (SIP) of the two TVET Centers of Excellence for Fisheries and Agribusiness in Ndemban and Tujereng. The initiative is funded by World Bank Africa .
