It was such a pleasure to have hosted Kumaran Ramamurthi at CU Anschutz CU Anschutz Dept of Immunology & Microbiology for the postdoc invited seminar series. Thank you for the fantastic science and conversation!

So proud and excited for my friends Brady Spencer @snowkaryote Looking forward to all the cool science I know you both will do. 🍻

Had a fantastic time presenting my work Horswill Lab at the Wind River Prokaryotic Conference with a great group of scientists who set the bar high for talks!

Fantastic first day at the PI Crash Course. Thankful for the scholarship ColumbiaPublicHealth and opportunity Horswill Lab to attend. Looking forward to Day 2!

That was a fantastic meeting #GRCToxPath. Thankful for the opportunity to present my work Horswill Lab at the GRS amongst talented peers with impressive talks. The future of science is bright!@ValeriaMReyes Sean Callahan, PhD

Was a pleasure writing this with Marvin Whiteley, excited to share it with the biofilm community!

Excited to see our latest study in print, led by Andrea Sanchez ! Andrea found P. aeruginosa uses pilus mediated motility to invade and disperse S. aureus biofilms, rendering Sa cells susceptible to secreted Pa antimicrobials. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39105585/

Another great story from the Horswill Lab showing some very cool ways that S. aureus reacts to P.aeruginosa as biofilms. Happy to have helped push this forward. Nice work by Klara Keim

She’s still in the biofilm game! Great collaboration between the Tammy Kielian and Horswill Lab

We found that matrix properties can influence biofilm-associated infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus! Tammy Kielian Horswill Lab journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/ia…
