The Government is consulting on 2 proposals for Surrey’s future: • A proposal for 2 unitary councils, submitted by Surrey County Council, Elmbridge BC and Mole Valley District Council. • A proposal for 3 unitary councils, submitted by nine of Surrey’s district and borough councils.
