A retrospective study found that both a gentler low FODMAP diet (n=63) and the standard FODMAP diet (n=45) reduced symptom severity in IBS pts. This study suggests that a less restrictive LFD approach may be more suited for some IBS pts. doi.org/10.21427/v2jw-…
