Year 8 & 9 French & Spanish students travelled to the University of Bath for the Regional Final of the annual Routes into Languages Translation Bee We were impressed with them all & Sinmi has been invited to the National Final which takes place at Cambridge University ¡bien hecho! E-ACT

Year 10 Silver The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award students had a successful Practice Expedition to Exmoor where they worked on map reading, camp craft and team work. They are all planning now for their Qualifying Expedition on Dartmoor E-ACT V6_Bristol

Yr 8 had an exciting time learning about careers with a live event from GCHQ language outreach, a session with Jake from Bath Uni and careers quizzes using Careerpilot . They designed some great posters after researching the many jobs using languages! E-ACT

Year 8, 10 & 12 French students had the chance to meet Michael Malley from MSF International. He shared powerful stories from disaster zones and highlighted how vital language skills are in global communication. 🌍 Inspiring insights into life-saving work around the world. E-ACT
