Crescent Duck Breast and creamed leeks layered with duck confit, pickled beech mushrooms, golden enoki mushrooms, seared foie gras and truffled dauphine potatoes, served with a duck glaze. We currently pair this with our Doppelbock, showcasing rich notes of toffee and caramel.

Fluke Crudo at Moody Tongue Sushi in NYC served with ponzu, scallion, chives and fried shallot. We recommend pairing this dish with a refreshing coupe of our Sour Watermelon Saison; the sweetness from the watermelon complements the sweetness of the ponzu 🍻
