Lady Indians put four players on the All-Conference teams. Tahnyjia Purifoy was named to the first team while Jasmine Jones, Zaaliyah Kailahi-Fulu, & Victoria Morales make the second team.

Congratulations Victoria Morales on being named to the Panhandle All-Conference Second Team. Victoria had a season average of 13.4 points per game and registered her season-high of 35, on December 29 against Santa Fe.

Congratulations Zaaliyah Kailahi-Fulu on being named to the Panhandle All-Conference Second Team. Z had a season average of 8.1 points & 8.3 rebounds per game. She registered her season-high of 19 in a win against #1 Gulf Coast on February 7.

Lady Indians fall 85-54 to Gulf Coast and go to 24-8 on the season. Tahnyjia’s Purifoy led Chipola with 24 points. Kyrstin Green had 11 points. Chipola will wait to see if they receive an at large bid to the NCJAA Tournament in Casper, Wyoming.

Three teams have occupied the #1 spot in the NJCAA D1 WBB Rankings. Chipola is the ONLY TEAM to knock off two of them. Chipola is also one of two teams (the other being Gulf Coast) to defeat the defending NJCAA and 2023-2024 Florida State Champion, NWF, on their home floor.
