Today I had the honour of attending the commissioning of new lead parish nurse for St Matthew's Church Parish Nurses - Carver Streetπ Louise Smith. She takes over from the incredible Michaela, who has led this project for 5 yrs. The impact she has had is outstanding.
We want to say Parish Nursing UK thank you Michaela, you have reached people across the country with news of your work. Churches and nurses have been inspired to start their own parish nursing service because of you and your project. Now rest and enjoy your future.
