I've been MIA on X (Formally Known as Twitter) for too long! I'm back with some big life updates 👨‍🍼👶❤️ Our daughter was born a few weeks ago, and we couldn't be happier! Also, I look forward to getting back to posting #PhysEd stuff, and sharing/learning with other #PEGeeks

So I think I found the best part time job out there... If you're looking to do some Yoga with Puppies running around like little balls of chaos in the Rochester NY area, let me know! Every Saturday I'll be instructing some classes! It's basically Elementary #PhysEd 😂

As you begin the new school year, you may be looking for posters of the 2024 SHAPE #PhysEd Standards and/or GSLIs. We have them in a variety of formats available at cbhpe.org/resources. We also have many files to use in mapping your curriculum to the new GSLIs there, as well.

When you have a newborn, but you're a #Physed Teacher.

This year I plan on being a lot more intentional about integrating The Habits of Mind in #PhysEd through the use of "Bragg Tags" 🏷️ I'll try and share pictures of the completed project when it looks nice 🌟

Weird glare, don't care. Today marks day 1 of year 10 teaching! 🥳 It was so good to see the students, and it feels great to be excited about #PhysEd again! As much as I loved teaching Tech in PE, I'm in such a great headspace. 😌 Looking forward to a great year! 👊
