I would like to inform NWSC 🇺🇬 that it's almost a week since we last had 💧 in Boston-Makindye. Yesterday there was a fire outbreak in one of the houses but It was very difficult for the residents to put it out since there was no 💧 I called Uganda Police Force and they responded swiftly.
