Good day for the Indiana D3 Championships at DePauw. Michael takes first in Discus and Hammer. Also places 4th in the shot put and received Men’s Field Athlete of the meet. #auravensthrows

A couple of hours away from day 2 of the Little State track meet. Day 1 Michael Sweigart takes 5th in the Shot Put. Also Parker Hammons takes 7th in the Javelin. #auravensthrows

Starting our last chance meets to qualify for D3 nationals. First up Indiana University. #auravensthrows

Great day for #auravensthrows. Michael Sweigart breaks the AU Hammer Throw record with a throw of 57.60 meters or 189’. Moves him to 18th in D3. Two more meets to improve that mark.

Good first day of competition at the Pan-Am Masters Games in Cleveland. Took second in the shot put. Michael, who won, threw a 16.06. Dude is a beast.

Top three stayed the same. Pat Ongley and I switched spots. Third in discus not bad. Mike Cavotta is still the man the a throw of 48.54 meters (159’ 3”). Time to rest up for the Hammer throw tomorrow.
