For future graduate students, I cannot insist the importance of picking a lab that has a supportive environment and supervisor 🧵. Your Masters/PhD is more than just publishing. You will develop interpersonal skills which often happen organically in a supportive environment.

A reviewer thinks 30k/year for 4 years for a PhD student is excessive. Wow! 🙆🏽‍♂️
