So great to see all of Room 13's cheery (if a little tired) faces this morning! Please note that our indoor PE is now on a Tuesday morning. Please come to school in uniform with your PE kit in your bag.

Today we have discussed New Year and words of the year. Did you know that last year's word of the year was AI? Today we have decided what we would like our word of 2024 to be. I can't wait to see their finished work!

This afternoon we used magnetic boards to explore our new spelling lists. Two groups tried to work out their new spelling rules independently - great investigating!

This afternoon we have looked at how we can use music to help us regulate our emotions. We are creating a list of songs and will be making our class Spotify playlists for each emotion.

This afternoon, Room 13 were continuing their work on Building Resilience by exploring what they like to do to recharge their batteries 🔋

Today we started to explore some Scots language through the story Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stane 🪄🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Room 13 took part in a little yoga to start off PE today.

Today we began our block of golf lessons. Fantastic putting on display!

So proud of Lawmuir's wonderful choir after their performance at the graduation. What a beautiful sound due to all of their incredible hard work! 🎶 A fitting fairwell to our two P7s, we will miss you!

These four have already made a great start to Primary 7 and shown that they have the values, commitment and determination needed to lead their hosues. Well done! I am also super proud of the other applicants for being gracious and pouring their enthusiasm into those elected.
