Continuing our mathematical start, the children made the most of the rain. They made a rain catcher and compared who could collect ‘more than’ a friend.

Our mini enquiry is ‘How do we care for living things?’ Our eggs arrived today and we set up the incubator to keep them warm until they hatch. Then we thought of our outdoor birds and made them some feeders. Some children put out little pots of water ‘in case they’re thirsty too’
