So it’s actually happening. Today will be my last day in school as a headteacher. It has been a rollercoaster- filled with wonderful memories alongside the challenges. Schools and those that fill them are truly incredible. I will never forget my team, the children and families ❤️

Such an honour and a privilege to lead a school. You never realise the impact you have-it’s important to reflect on this and the core purpose of our work as leaders. It’s not always perfect, it’s not always easy but it has ALWAYS been worth it. Goodbye headship 🥺Over&Out🫡
