This was not an easy listen. I feel angry, heartbroken, frustrated but empowered. For the sake of everyone, we have to change the narrative.

As a parent, these do not reflect my values. As a teacher, I feel my job is to educate impartially but about all aspects of diversity and values. The prejudice and homophobia in society will only get worse if we don’t. What a sad state of affairs!

And that’s a wrap for GCSE English Lit for another year! We have some very happy students after both papers, here’s hoping the results reflects this in August 🤞
