Today we read Mrs. Riley’s Friday letter and worked together to underline the parts of TIDE. Then we wrote our own. We are working hard at adding more detail sentences to our work. Helen Schouten

This Grade 1 friend took it upon herself to write her own Friday Letter at home last night, using our Science of Writing Instruction TIDE model. She even drew her own rocket ship checklist and underlined the parts of TIDE. Way to go E! St. Gianna OCSB

A beautiful end of year mass lead by Jennifer Alexander’s grade 2 class to celebrate a wonderful first year at our new school. It was bittersweet as we said some goodbyes to staff that will be leaving us next year. We wish them all well! St. Gianna OCSB
