Did you know that this week is National School Bus Safety week? Yesterday we had our Bus Evacuation practice. Our Gr. 8 volunteers were great in helping out and the bus drivers were so knowledgeable. Thank you to our bus drivers who keep students safe every day!

Thank you to Dr. Zarrouk, a Glenwood Griffins parent, who came to read at the Read-a-thon. She talked about her experiences as a dentist and read, “Andrew’s Loose Tooth”. And guess what?! M lost a tooth!

Deputy Chief Crowley, a Glenwood Griffins graduate, is at the scene! He is loving reading and answering questions from over 75 young inquisitive minds during our Read-a-thon. He said he loves to help people. #caring #principled

Thank you to our amazing parents, community members, and former VP who volunteered to read to classes today. They were all so knowledgeable and shared books based on what they are passionate about. Also, a big thanks to our Parent Council volunteers for helping run everything!

Our Winter Walkthrough today was magical! Seeing our families together in our classrooms was incredible. Glenwood really is a great place to be!

Tonight Glenwood hosted our Winter Concert. The student talent was incredible and it was a packed house of supportive families. Truly a memorable night. Thanks to Ms. Poirier, Natalie Verbeem Kim Marchand for arranging the event and all of the staff who volunteered back stage.
