I learned a new skill last week. Being a blacksmith is hard work, but it is also so very rewarding. This might have to become a hobby now so I can have a side hustle when I retire.

Being in the last semester of my EdS program and watching my capstone portfolio come to life is a bit exhilarating. I have 119 days until I receive my degree. My goal is to have this done by October 1st so I can focus on the next phase of my career.

It’s #GameDay! Today my son will take the field for the 1st home game of the season! This is his 2nd year playing football & he worked hard to earn the starting right guard position! I’m proud of him & can’t wait to cheer the team on tonight 💚💛🦅! #FootballMom #OLine

#Latepost Yesterday I spent the day with the teachers at Crescent Elementary training their teachers. We had great conversation and they told me what they need for next month! Can’t wait until next month to provide differentiated training for all grade levels. #FaginatorTech

Yesterday I got to see my oldest nephew do what he loves to do. He acts for one of our local community theatre companies. This is the cast of Diary of a Wimpy Kid: the Musical. Children and adults were phenomenal! #SupportTheArts #GriffinGreat

Today is the day my EdS portfolio is due. As I am putting the finishing touches on it, I am listening to "Pomp and Circumstance." I need a little motivation to get me to the finish line. I have 4 days until I receive my GACE scores and 47 days until graduation. #ICanDoThis #Goals
