Good morning Featherbed Lane Elem join us today @ Jesus House Baltimore for Good in the Neighborhood Back to School event! They have supply & grocery give aways, a petting zoo, great resources, a video game truck and more! We are partnering with our neighbors Winfield ES BCPS Winfield Elementary Community School

Family fun day at Calico Cat in Woodlawn didn’t disappoint! Exciting things are happening at this property, including plans for a community cafe that will provide a much-needed gathering space and hub for residents. I am proud to have been an early supporter of this project.

Today Featherbed Lane Elem hosted our first produce market of the school year thanks to First Fruits Farm! 105 visitors including 76 students “shopped” for fresh produce to enjoy with their families. The produce will go home to 488 family members! #CommunitySchool #FreshFood #Choice
