At this Reimagining the Economy, Harvard Kennedy School Harvard Kennedy School event, I shared my concerns about replicating Korea's success: 1. Advanced economies are increasingly reluctant to share their technology. 2. Domestic firms may lack innovation drive, especially in import substitution-focused countries.

1. Advanced economies are increasingly reluctant to share their technology.
