Yesterday we celebrated Earth Day by dedicating a beautiful new kinetic sculpture downtown. Huge thanks to artist Charles Sturrock, to Gordan and Grace Gamm for the donation, and to the Museum of Boulder, BoulderRotary and the many city staff that helped to make it happen!

Do you know of a museum outside of Colorado (besides Smithsonian’s NMAAHC) that has a great #BlackHistory exhibit? The subject matter covered can be at the local or state level. I'm looking for examples of what we can do for the forthcoming exhibit I'm working on with the Museum of Boulder.
Spent an INCREDIBLE couple of days with fascinating folks from different parts of #Colorado to inform the forthcoming "Proclaiming Colorado's #BlackHistory" exhibit that I'm curating for Museum of Boulder. So many great ideas were shared, and I'm grateful for that time together!
